Guru Purnima - State of Rajasthan Formally Honours Vishwaguru Ji

OM Ashram was deeply honoured this Guru Purnima by a visit from the Honorable Minister of the Rajasthan Government, Shree Joraram Kumawat Maharaj.

He joined us to celebrate this sacred day on behalf of the Honorable Chief Minister, Shree Bhajan Lal Sharma Maharaj, to offer profound respect to His Holiness Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda Puri Ji Maharaj.

During a traditional ceremony, the Honorable Minister performed Guru Pujan and presented our revered Gurudev, Vishwaguru Ji, with an official letter of honour from the Chief Minister. He also offered sacred gifts and humbly sought Vishwaguruji’s blessings for the prosperity of the state.

The distinguished guests, accompanied by Mahamandaleshwar Shree Swami Phul Puri Ji Maharaj, visited the Shiva temple. There, respect was paid not only to our beloved Gurudev, but to the entire holy lineage: His Holiness Sat Guru, Hindu Dharma Samrat Paramhans Shree Swami Madhavananda Ji Maharaj, and all the great spiritual Masters of the Om Shree Alakh Puri Ji Siddhapeeth Parampara.

Prayers were offered in the Shiva Temple for the well-being and happiness of all people and the state. Following the prayers, the Honorable Minister Kumawat shared a heartfelt interaction with the many devotees present.

This visit was part of a special government program to honour spiritual leaders for their important work. It was a beautiful moment, symbolizing the strong bond between the state's leaders and its spiritual heart.
