A Divine Satsang with Gurudev - Finding Clarity in Silence
In a recent Satsang, our revered Gurudev, His Holiness Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramahansa Shree Swami Maheshwarananda Puri Ji Maharaj, shared deep insights on the practice of Mauna, or spiritual silence.

Our beloved Gurudev explained that Mauna is a powerful way to learn self-control and transform our thoughts.

"Now is the time for mauna to read your inner chapters," he taught. It is a time for quiet and intense inner observation.

Beloved Gurudev encouraged us to look within ourselves, as every action and thought is recorded.

This practice of self-enquiry helps us see ourselves honestly. We can ask: How often was I kind and forgiving? How often was I angry or jealous?

This awareness is a continuous practice of acceptance, learning, and kindness.

True Mauna is not just about being quiet on the outside.

The mauna is about achieving clarity on the inside.

By observing our mental fluctuations (Citta Vṛtti), we can begin to purify them.

The benefits of practicing Mauna are immense. It strengthens our willpower and brings mental clarity.

The Mauna can help us find solutions to problems and give us fresh motivation.

Through silence, we build inner strength and develop a more positive and purified view of life.

May the wisdom and grace of our beloved Gurudev always accompany us on our spiritual path. Hari OM
