Birth Anniversary of our Beloved Satguru
We recently celebrate the 102nd birth anniversary of our beloved Satguru, Hindu Dharma Samrat Paramahansa Shree Swami Madhavananda Ji Maharaj.
In keeping with tradition, the anniversary was celebrated twice: on August 25 according to the lunar calendar, and on September 11 according to the solar calendar.
This holy day was marked by the *sanyas diksha* ceremony (we will write about this in a future post).

The ceremony began with a *yagya* at OM Ashram and concluded in Nipal, the blessed birthplace of our beloved Satguru.

The Satguru dedicated his life to serving his divine Master, Shree Deep Narayan Mahaprabhu Ji.

His life was an inspiring example of selfless service, deep spiritual practice, and unwavering devotion.

The divine lineage of our Satgurudev is carried forward by his successor, our revered Gurudev, His Holiness Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramahansa Shree Swami Maheshwarananda Puri Ji Maharaj.

The Satguru's final home was OM Ashram, where his divine presence continues to be a source of peace and inspiration.

Beloved Gurudev paid respects at the Samadhi of the honorable Satguru.

In Nipal, the holy birthplace of our beloved Satguru, the joyful celebrations continued.

This sacred occasion was graced by His Holiness Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramahansa Shree Swami Maheshwarananda Puri Ji Maharaj, along with Shree Swami Avatar Puri Ji, Mahamandaleshwar Shree Swami Phul Puri Ji, Acharya Shree Swami Rajendra Puri Ji, and many esteemed sannyasis.

The auspicious celebration reminds us that Satguruji's Wisdom of Oneness is timeless.
At the heart of his wisdom is the profound truth of oneness: he taught that there is no fundamental difference between the universal spirit (Paramātmā) and the individual soul (Ātmā).

He shared the timeless message passed down from his own Gurudev: “One in all and all in one.”

Beloved Satguru, Shree Madhavananda Ji often used the beautiful example of a cherry tree to make this truth clear.
A single tree produces millions of fruits, all sharing the same form, color, and sweetness. Though they appear as countless individual cherries, their essence is one.

In the same way, a single divine essence flows through all of humanity, nature, and life.

While we may appear different on the outside, our inner reality is pure unity.

This anniversary is more than a memory; it is a living inspiration.

The celebration reminds us to live this wisdom, see the divine oneness in everyone, and carry the light of his teachings in our daily lives.

Let our beloved Gurudev always guide us. Hari OM
